Classic Hamptons: Furniture and Colour Palette

Create a classic Hamptons-inspired palette by using plenty of crisp whites paired with neutral tones, fresh greenery and chic gold accents. For a more nautical Hamptons look, you can also incorporate a pop of colour with shades of navy, duck-egg blue and grey. It’s all about keeping things simple and effortless to create a space that feels elegant, light and airy.

For cocktail styling, we’d recommend our (conveniently named!) Hamptons lounge collection for a classic, sophisticated look. Create a monochromatic coastal feel with our white lounges with white seat cushions, or create a striking contrast with our black seat cushions. Complete your cocktail area with our Soho wire dry bars and Soho stools in white or gold (for a modern luxe vibe), or our white wooden dry bars and bentwood stools (for something more relaxed).

For reception styling, pair our timber feasting tables with our white bentwoods or white Soho chairs, and keep place settings clean and refined with white dinner plates, crystal glassware and gold cutlery. Use linen napkins to add a subtle pop of colour – navy, black, oatmeal, stone or white napkins will all work beautifully for a modern Hamptons look. We also love our rattan charger plates and rattan napkin rings for an added layer of texture, and our white timber gazebos for statement break-out areas!

Classic Hamptons: Florals and Styling

We recommend pairing your crisp white palette with an abundance of fresh, vibrant greenery. Hanging foliage, ferns, monstera leaves and potted plants will create the perfect contrast for a sophisticated Hamptons wedding, while delicate white blooms like roses, hydrangeas and orchids will add softness and romance. For lighting, go for something textural and coastal like basket lights, or gold pendants for a more luxurious look. Keep your stationery and signage fresh and simple with clean lines and elegant calligraphy, or incorporate nautical elements like shells and coral for a seaside-inspired Hamptons theme.
